This includes split level homes, houses with outbuildings needing cleaned, and really big single story.

For brick, it needs to be soft washed to not damage the mason work. This is also for commercial property.

Single car driveway, sometimes able to fit two cars bumper to bumper.

Usually two car wide driveways, or a really long single car driveway.

Starting at 1000 for small parking lots you see at small businesses. Larger parking lots will need to be seen for price.

This is a chemical treatment of a standard roof. Most of the time the size of the house doesn't matter since the roof is the same size.

Only for someone with very steep or ackward roofing that may require special equipment.

Roofs that are on commercial buildings special equipment is required.

Small deck or patio, or even the front pad of concrete in front of some homes.

This is for the larger back decks that go around pools, or cover the entire back side of a house. Also covers if it is a two layer deck, one with stairs down to a second level.

This is for the houses that have a wrap around porch or deck.
